Yes, there really was a streaker, full/frontal nudity during a liveshot on The Weather Channel Saturday afternoon. While reporters are out braving the fierce winds of Hurricane Irene, some in Virginia Beach were out having a little fun in the rain. Even the reporter said he was shocked by all the people out and about, not sure if he saw what was behind him.
